Central Bank reserves reached an all-time high of $141.4 billion.
Central Bank reserves have increased by $42.9 billion since the end of May, reaching an all-time high of $141.4 billion.
Total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT) reached an all-time high in the week of December 8, increasing by $1 billion 225 million compared to the previous week, reaching $141 billion 374 million.
Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT.
Accordingly, as of December 8, the Central Bank’s gross foreign exchange reserves increased by $1 billion 276 million to $94 billion 509 million. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of $93 billion 233 million on December 1.
During the said period, gold reserves decreased by $52 million, from $46 billion 916 million to $46 billion 864 million.
The total reserves of the Central Bank reached an all-time high in the week of December 8, from $140 billion 149 million to $141 billion 374 million, an increase of $1 billion 225 million compared to the previous week.
The increase in total reserves between the end of May and the week ending December 8 was $42 billion 916 million, corresponding to 43.6%.
