AYSAF received full marks from the industry at its 63rd edition
AYSAF – International Exhibition for Footwear Materials, Components, Leather and Technologies, the center of the global footwear industry, received great attention from both exhibitors and industry professionals once again this year. Welcoming visitors at its 63rd edition, the exhibition introduced the latest industry-related products and technologies by over 500 companies.
Turkey’s unique and Eurasia’s largest exhibition on the footwear components industry, AYSAF – International Exhibition for Footwear Materials, Components, Leather and Technologies welcomed visitors with a series of measures under the new “return to normal” criteria determined by the Turkish government and UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry). Organized by CNR Holding subsidiary, Pozitif Trade Fairs, with the cooperation of TASEV (Foundation of Turkish Footwear Sectors’ Research, Development and Education) and AYSAD (Association of Turkish Footwear Components Manufacturers), and the support of the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey and KOSGEB (Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey), the exhibition hosted thousands of industry professionals at CNR Expo Istanbul Expo Center throughout 4 days.
More than 12.500 visitors in 4 days
Turkey’s unique footwear components industry, binding all the industry-related innovative products ranging from accessories and textile products to lasts, soles, heels, molds, chemicals, finished and semi-finished raw leather, artificial leather, and leather processing machinery with industry professionals on the 60 thousand square meter area, received visits from over 12.500 people in 4 days.
Innovative products were on display
The Turkish footwear components industry, pushing to the top with its footwear machinery, components manufacturing capacity, and technological infrastructure, was home to innovative products developed by companies. The world’s first fish skin was introduced at the exhibition, where the industry-related innovative products ranging from accessories and textile products to lasts, soles, heels, molds, chemicals, finished and semi-finished raw leather, artificial leather, and leather processing machinery were presented.
National participation by Russia
Welcoming thousands of visitors, the exhibition hosted the Russian national pavilion. Industry professionals showed enormous interest in exhibiting companies from numerous countries such as Russia, Pakistan, Iran, and Spain. The Turkish footwear industry, which is rendering its role in the global footwear market of 150 billion dollars notable each passing day, was perfectly represented along with its components industry.
