Yildiz Holding has prepayed $600M of loans from its foreign incomes

Yildiz Holding made an early cash prepayment of 600 million dollars to the Turkish creditor banks; foreign income enabled the holding to do so. According to the statement of the holding; in spite of the negative effects of the pandemic, Yildiz Holding was financially successful in the first half of 2020 and paid 600 million dollars to the banks some time ago thanks to it’s foreign income.

By this payment, Yildiz Holding have paid 2 billion 561 million dollars to the creditor banks since 2018 and fulfilled all the responsibilities before the payment schedule.

Bizim Toptan is one of the companies of Yildiz Holding, Bizim Toptan made a statement. ‘’Yildiz Holding made 600 million dollars of prepayment within our explanation of a special situation between February 12 2018 and May 11 2018 hence, syndication loan agreement was modulated; Yildiz Holding extended the syndication loan maturity to year 2030.’’
