YAYLA Agro’s “Ready to Eat” products, which save time and provide health benefits, attract great attention both in Turkey and abroad. Bringing ready meals with the taste of home cooking to consumers in new generation packages without BPA, Yayla Agro started to export the Legurme brand to 33 countries around the world, primarily European countries. Yayla Agro is growing rapidly in the Romanian market, which also serves as a gateway to Europe with its Legurme products. Yayla Agro Export Manager Gokhan Tuncer stated that they took a market share in many countries in Europe with the Legurme brand and that they achieved a significant growth momentum especially in Romania with their “Food is Ready” products: “In Romania, there is a great interest in our Legurme branded products, especially in ready-to-eat products. Especially in the second half of 2021, we have gained a significant momentum both in terms of retail point and sales volume. As Yayla Agro, we have set our target for 2022 for the Romanian market as to double both the sales point and the sales volume. Romanian consumers can access our Legurme products from markets and hypermarkets throughout the country, as well as from online platforms. Besides its potential and strong domestic market, Romania has an important place in our growth plans as a country where products can be offered easily and quickly throughout Europe. We aim to make Legurme a world brand in the next 10 years.”
