There are some issues to be considered when signing a lease agreement. When you find the house you want to live in and sign a lease, whether through the owner or real estate agent, you should pay attention to the following:

Have the title deed information (owner, address, square meter, etc.) of the apartment in question been correctly specified?

Is the rental price and annual growth rate specified as you speak?

Do you agree on the deposit amount and repayment terms? Has it been clearly stated in what condition you bought the house?

If there are fixtures in the house, have it been specified correctly without missing or excess?

If there is a need for amendment, or in case of a possible modification, what will be the price sharing between tenant and landlord?

Is there a wet signature on both sides?

What are the tenant’s rights in case of early termination of the contract? Is it included in the contract in a way that you can accept?
