4 big awards from European Property Awards to Folkart

Folkart returned from the European Property Awards with 4 major awards, two of which were European first prizes.

According to the statement made by the company, Folkart achieved an important success this year, as it does every year, at the European Property Awards, in which European-based real estate developer companies compete.

Folkart became the only brand to receive awards in 4 different categories at the European Property Awards ceremony held in London.

Those who score more than 80% in each category competed in the European Property Awards were announced as ‘Award Winner (highest scorers)’, while a project with the highest score was awarded the ‘5 Star’ award.

Folkart was deemed worthy of the ‘5 Stars-Europe First Prize’ with its applications for ‘Turkiye’s Best High-Rise Housing Project Folkart Nova’ and ‘Turkiye’s Best Marketing Work – Folkart Nefes Istanbul Launch Campaign’.

The company was also deemed worthy of the Award Winner Award with its applications for ‘Turkiye Mixed Use Building – Folkart Vega’ and ‘Turkiye Web Site www.folkart.com.tr’.

‘The awards given show the accuracy of the steps we take’

Folkart Chairman of the Board Mesut Sancak, who gave his views on the subject in the statement, reminded that they won the European Property Awards in different branches with the Folkart Blu and Folkart Hills projects in Cesme in the past years.

Noting that they are proud to be deemed worthy of 4 different awards at the European Property Awards this year, Sancak said, “The fact that our projects and works win awards in this way shows the correctness of the steps we have taken. The basis of our success is the ‘trust’ of our teammates, our solution partners, our stakeholders and then our valuable Folkart friends who prefer us. I would like to thank everyone who contributed and congratulate everyone.”

Competing for the world championship

According to the information given, the winners were determined as a result of the careful examination of the portfolios submitted for the competition by the International Property Awards jury. Over 100 members with different experiences took part in the jury. The jury list of the competition was announced on the website within the framework of the organization’s transparency principle.

Folkart will once again appear before the jury in order to become the world leader, this time with its competitors who received the ‘5 Star’ award in the two categories, Africa, Arabia, Asia Pacific, Canada, the Caribbean, Central and South America, England, and America. After the evaluation, the ‘Best of the World’ in each category will be announced in London on February 22, 2024.
