Birlesik Odeme enters a brand new era with its new name United Payment

Having accomplished many firsts in the field of FinTech to date, Birlesik Odeme takes its success story, which it has been writing since 2010, to a different dimension. As a part of its regional growth vision and a harbinger of new steps to be taken, Birlesik Odeme is opening the doors of a brand new era with its new story and identity. The new name of financial technologies will now be United Payment.

Having accomplished many pioneering projects that shape the fintech sector in Turkiye, Birlesik Odeme has renewed its brand identity as a harbinger of new countries to be opened and important steps to be taken globally, in addition to Turkiye, Azerbaijan, Romania, Georgia and England, where it carries out operations.

United Payment, which determines the purpose of existence of the brand to solve the blockages and knots created by traditional systems, promises to be the “invisible power that unties the knots of life”.

“United Payment will come to mind when FinTech is mentioned”

Providing information on the brand’s new corporate identity, United Payment CEO Ilker Sozdinler said, “Since the first day we entered the market, we have made a difference in the sector with our ‘leading visionary’ approach. We have transformed together with the sector; many times we have transformed the industry. We offered our self-service kiosk solution to those who waited for hours to pay bills. We digitized the social support that citizens will receive from municipalities with our city cards and made them more transparent. We have removed the time limit for money transfers with On Call Transfer. We made sending money abroad faster and less costly. We have developed the smart safe, which facilitates cash management and saves companies 120 days a year in industries where cash is very volatile. We started to export the products, services and human resources we developed. As we prepare for new opportunities globally, our operations in Turkiye, Azerbaijan, Romania, Georgia and England continue at full speed. As part of our goal of becoming the leading FinTech power in the region, we are taking a new step and crowning our story with a strong identity. United Payment, just like in the past, will say, “Why not?” to every financial problem that comes before it, not “How to”. It will take it as a mission to remove the blockages created by the existing systems. Now, when FinTech is mentioned, United Payment will come to mind.”

A ‘maestro’ who manages financial solutions from a single address

Seda Kucukfirat Arslan, United Payment Marketing Director, said, “The journey of Birlesik Odeme, which started almost with the use of the word FinTech in Turkish, will reach a completely different dimension by taking the brand power behind it. United Payment, by managing the synergy it will create among the solutions it offers, like a maestro, creates a unique power that can meet all the needs of its customers from a single address. United Payment acts with a superpower, as it provides a technological infrastructure and enables customers to offer solutions with their own brands, and is one of the important players that creates invisible finance. This superpower is called invisibility.”

The logo represents the ‘invisible’ power of the brand

While United Payment provides solutions to its customers with its own brands with its technological infrastructure, it also stands out as one of the important players of invisible finance. The brand’s logo consists of the initials of United Payment; however, certain parts of the letters are not visible. This represents the invisible power of the brand. United Payment’s logo looks like an unlocked lock, signifying a brand that unravels chaos, unraveling knots for its customers, unlocking them with innovation. The mint green color of the logo in the letter U, on the other hand, describes the freshness created by the solutions offered by the brand. Exactly for this reason, the brand slogans its purpose of existence as “The invisible force that unties the knots of life”.
