Twin, the Turkish start-up exceeded the 100 percent target in the UK investment

Twin, the domestic education technologies start-up went on a new investment tour on Seedrs, one of the largest UK-based “equity crowdfunding” platforms.

Twenty-five days before the end of the campaign, Twin exceeded the 100 percent target set on the platform and collected 772 thousand pounds from 209 investors. The main goal is to reach £ 1.5 million.

The pandemic has changed the nature of education around the world. Distance education and mobile-based education have become a part of our life. This process made people realize the importance of new generation education and caused investments in educational technologies to increase rapidly.

Twin became one of the educational initiatives that turned the quarantine into incubation and grew in the field of educational technologies with its agility during the epidemic period. You can participate in funding with a minimum of £ 10 by registering at Seedrs and creating your profile to invest in exchange for shares. You can make a meaningful investment in both Twin and the future.

Twin was established in Turkey in 2018. This year the company moved its headquarters to London and established its London office. So far, it has reached 400,000 children, 1,200 schools. In retail, 6 different Twin sets are sold in 35 different sales channels in 15 different countries. The start- up launched Twing mobile application for free in February, reaching 60 thousand children with organic growth.

Twin, a global STEM partner of global companies such as Rolls Royce, Ford and Boeing, brought Bett Awards, one of the most prestigious awards in the education world, to our country in January and was selected as the country candidate of Endeavor.

Developing its content with well-established educational institutions such as Imperial College London and UCL, the team’s aim is to enable children to discover their own interests in this period when distance education is also gaining momentum, to gain S.T.E.A.M competencies they will need in the future, and to provide a personalized education experience for each child.
