While EUROPEAN countries are adding a new one to their calls for energy saving, Turkey, which foresees the current situation years ago, has been carrying out an action plan on this issue for a long time.
With the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan announced in 2018, Turkiye is implementing a comprehensive action plan in areas that concern all sectors. In return for the investment of $1 billion 325 million in energy efficiency in 2021, $372 million were saved.
