People can learn status of their cargo 24/7 from chat-bot, says Turkish Cargo
Turkish Cargo, a subsidiary of Turkey’s flag carrier Turkish Airlines, has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) chat-bot to allow customers to easily learn the status of their cargo 24/7.
The chat-robot, named Cargy, serves via WhatsApp in either Turkish or English, Turkish Cargo said in a press release on Friday.
“Cargy will offer the opportunity to inquire about rate details in its second phase in September and will provide other details related to the cargo in its third phase, which will go live in December,” it said.
“Through Cargy you can inquire about the status of all of your cargo shipments at any time and check for flights that meet your requirements.”
Turkish Cargo, which flies to over 300 destinations in 127 countries, is the world’s fastest-growing and developing air cargo brand.
