Calendar-adjusted industry, construction, trade and service sectors total turnover index increased by 64.1% in September compared to the same month of the previous year.
Turkish Statistical Institute announced the turnover indices for September.
Accordingly, the turnover index in the total of industry, construction, trade and service sectors increased by 64.1% on an annual basis in September. Looking at the details of the total turnover, the annual industrial sector turnover index increased by 55.1%, construction turnover index by 91%, trade turnover index by 68.2% and services turnover index by 61.4% in September.
Monthly changes
The turnover index in the total of industry, construction, trade and service sectors increased by 1.3% on a monthly basis in September. Looking at the details of the total turnover, in September, there was an increase of 0.4% in the industrial sector turnover index, 3.2% in the construction turnover index, 1% in the trade turnover index and 3.6% in the services turnover index.
