Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT.
Accordingly, as of October 6, the Central Bank’s gross foreign exchange reserves increased by $1 billion 577 million to $83 billion 152 million. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of $81 billion 575 million on September 29.
During the said period, gold reserves decreased by $898 million, from $40 billion 629 million to $39 billion 731 million.
The Central Bank’s total reserves increased from $122 billion 203 million to $122 billion 883 million in the week of October 6, an increase of $680 million compared to the previous week.
The increase in total reserves between the end of May and the said date was $24 billion 425 million.
