The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye will announce the 4th Inflation Report of the year in Ankara on Thursday, November 2.
According to the announcement made by the CBRT, Governor Hafize Gaye Erkan will hold an information meeting at the CBRT Administration Center at 10.30 on Thursday to introduce the Inflation Report 2023-IV. The meeting will be held in a physical environment.
The meeting will be broadcast live on the ”https://www.tcmb.gov.tr/wps/wcm/connect/tr/tcmb+tr/main+menu/duyurular/canli+yayin‘ address on the CBRT’s website and on the bank’s X social media platform and YouTube accounts.
At the 3rd Inflation Report meeting of the year, the CBRT increased its 2023 year-end inflation forecast to 58% and updated its 2024 year-end forecast to 33%. The bank predicted that inflation would decrease to 15% by the end of 2025.
