Turkiye’s pharmaceutical industry has more than doubled since 2010, reaching $2 billion

It is stated that the pharmaceutical industry in Turkiye has more than doubled since 2010 and reached $2 billion.

According to the data announced by the Presidential Investment Office, the pharmaceutical industry in Turkiye continues to grow with its global activities. Statistics indicate that the exports of the Turkish pharmaceutical industry have more than doubled since 2010, reaching $2 billion. Turkiye sells medicine to a total of 169 countries, especially MENA and Commonwealth of Independent States countries.

2RUN, a potential customer acquisition platform that creates potential sales areas and paves the way for increasing exports by providing data in 36 countries and 20 languages for hospitals, pharmaceutical and chemical companies, enables businesses to access pharmaceutical information, find pharmaceutical manufacturers and acquire new customers by processing big data. Turan Burak Yesilyurt, the founder of the company, said, “The pharmaceutical industry is an area that is largely dependent on imports. In fact, this situation is valid for the whole world. We also collect demands from potential buyers for the sale of medicines at home and abroad. We also conduct research and market analysis in the pharmaceutical industry and parallel sectors. This model has no analogues in the industry. The most important feature of the service we provide is that we present the data we obtain in a verified and ready-to-use form.”

“WE COLLECTED NEARLY 5 MILLION MEDICINE DATA”

Stating that they have 10 years of experience in this field, Yesilyurt said, “To date, we have served more than 100 different companies in more than 20 sectors in potential customer acquisition, including search engine optimization (SEO) and mass e-mail marketing. We have compiled nearly 5 million drug information from 36 countries in 20 different languages. In this way, we can create alternatives both for acquiring potential customers and for imported raw materials in the pharmaceutical industry, which is dependent on foreign sources. Potential customer acquisition efforts require in-depth research. In order to provide this service in the pharmaceutical industry, it is necessary to first research the websites of a large number of companies and then convert them into meaningful data with analysis software. We strive to make information accessible regardless of language. We translate as much pharmaceutical data as possible into common languages. Thus, we trigger an increase in exports in the pharmaceutical industry. We aim to position ourselves as a big data and marketplace platform for the pharmaceutical industry in the future.”
