Last month, 287 thousand 59 real estate sales transactions were made throughout the country, and ₺5 billion 221 million 100 thousand 611 title deed fee income was obtained.
According to the information obtained from the officials of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, 287 thousand 59 real estate sales transactions were made last month.
₺5 billion 221 million 100 thousand 611 title deed fee income was obtained from these sales transactions.
119 thousand 82 of the sales were residences, 49 thousand 114 were land, 86 thousand 657 were fields, 11 thousand 464 were workplaces and the rest were sales of other immovable properties.
The transactions recorded in May increased by 34% compared to the month of April, when 214 thousand 947 real estate sales were made.
The province where the most real estate was sold was Istanbul with 32 thousand 372 transactions.
Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 19 thousand 552 sales, Izmir with 13 thousand 653, Bursa with 11 thousand 498, Konya with 10 thousand 440, Antalya with 9 thousand 955, Tekirdag with 7 thousand 969, Kocaeli with 7 thousand 802, Gaziantep with 7 thousand 721 and Balikesir with 7 thousand 278.
