AGM Inc., affiliated with Mistacoglu Holding, has signed a landmark partnership and becomes the business partner of smart device manufacturer OPPO, which will carry out both production, sales and service services in Turkiye. With this investment, Mistacoglu Holding plans to bring Turkiye to an important position in the world in mobile phone production.
Mistacoglu Holding, which makes investments that will strengthen Turkiye’s economy, especially in technology, mobile communications, mining, real estate development and management, has signed an important agreement for its group company AGM Inc. to become the strategic business partner of the world’s leading technology brand OPPO.
The agreement covers various aspects of the collaboration, including joint sales and marketing efforts, service operations and local manufacturing initiatives. Within the framework of the agreement, AGM will undertake the local production of OPPO products in its factory in Tuzla, Istanbul. It is underlined that this is a giant step that will create added value for the Turkish economy in terms of employment in the GSM sector, knowledge transfer from abroad and technology development.
At the signing ceremony attended by OPPO and AGM executives, OPPO MEA President Chico Zhou drew attention to the importance of the partnership and said, “This important partnership reflects a common vision focused on mutual growth, innovation and providing extraordinary products and services to our Turkish customers and business partners.”
