Montenegrin President Jakov Milatovic pointed to the importance of economic cooperation between Turkiye and his country.
According to the statement made by the Montenegrin Presidency Office, Milatovic received Baris Kalkavan, Turkiye’s Ambassador to Podgorica.
In his speech at the reception, Milatovic stated that the political relations between Montenegro and Turkiye are accompanied by economic cooperation.
Emphasizing that he is pleased with the increase in the number of direct flights between the two countries, Milatovic said that he is also happy with the flights between Ankara and Podgorica that will start this year.
“During my official visit to Turkiye, we will strengthen economic cooperation through the planned meeting of the economic delegations of the two countries,” Milatovic said.
