Ebruli Construction is officially starting the construction of its new project in Başakşehir. The project, notable for its cost, will feature 738 residences and 25 commercial units.
The Ebruli Başakşehir project applied to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, initiating the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process. The project received a decision stating ‘EIA is not required.’
With a cost of 2 billion 441 million 18 thousand 214 TL, Ebruli Başakşehir will rise with 16 blocks. The project will be realized in Istanbul, Başakşehir district, Ikitelli-2 neighborhood, Tabyalar location, on Parcel 1423, Plot 3. The land area for the officially commencing Ebruli Başakşehir project is 64,578 square meters, and the construction area is announced as 196,065 square meters.
Ebruli Construction’s Ebruli Başakşehir will include 13 units of 1-bedroom and 1 living room type, 305 units of 2-bedroom and 1 living room type, 240 units of 3-bedroom and 1 living room type, 169 units of 4-bedroom and 1 living room type, 4 units of 4-bedroom and 1 living room duplex type, and 7 units of 5-bedroom and 1 living room type.
In addition to residences, Ebruli Başakşehir will feature 25 shops, parking areas, swimming pools, and social spaces.
WHERE IS EBRULI BAŞAKŞEHİR BY EBRULI CONSTRUCTION?
Olympic Stadium Road is located 10 meters east of the Ebruli Başakşehir project, Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital is 1.3 kilometers north, Şamlar Nature Park is 4.7 kilometers north, Olympic Stadium is 1 kilometer south, and Küçükçekmece Lake is 5.6 kilometers south.
Construction works for Ebruli Başakşehir, scheduled to be completed in December 2025, are expected to accommodate 2,632 residents.
