₺27.4 billion contribution from real estate to the Treasury in the first 6 months of the year

In the first 6 months of the year, a contribution of ₺27.4 billion was made to the Treasury through all transactions on real estate.

According to the ministry statement, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre (TKGM), which provides services in many areas from land registers under the responsibility of the state, to cadastres, from movable and immovable structures to spatial information systems infrastructure, also makes a significant contribution to the budget with the fees obtained from these services.

“Important contribution to the Treasury in 2 years”

The statement also included the evaluations of the Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Ozhaseki.

Ozhaseki emphasized that in the last 2 years, thanks to the transactions on real estate in the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre units, a significant contribution has been made to the Treasury, and said:

“In 2021, a fee of ₺24 billion 896 million 843 thousand 26 was collected. In 2022, this figure was ₺43 billion 583 million 849 thousand 955, and until June 2023 it was ₺27 billion 414 million 354 thousand 497. Since 2021, a total of ₺95 billion 895 million 47 thousand 478 has been reflected in the Treasury.”
