In the announcement regarding the sale of shares in the company operating in the energy sector, it was revealed that all shares with a nominal value of 15,850,002 TL owned by Orhun Kartal were sold to Koray Holding Inc. in a positive transaction. Following this sale, it was stated that 99.99% of Koray Holding Inc.’s shares are once again owned by Orhun Kartal.
The KAP statement reads: “On 02.02.2024, regarding E.KARYE shares; 15,850,002 TL nominal shares owned by our indirect controlling shareholder Orhun Kartal have been sold to Koray Holding A.Ş. With this transaction, 99.99% of the shares of Koray Holding A.Ş. are once again owned by Orhun Kartal. Respectfully announced to the public and our investors.”
