Total reserves of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkiye (CBRT) decreased by $703 million in the week of June 9 compared to the previous week and decreased to $99 billion 783 million.
Weekly Money and Bank Statistics were published by the CBRT.
Accordingly, as of June 9, the gross foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank decreased by $450 million to $57 billion 790 million. Gross foreign exchange reserves were at the level of $58 billion 240 million on 2 June.
In the said period, gold reserves decreased by $253 million from $42 billion 246 million to $41 billion 993 million.
Thus, the Central Bank’s total reserves decreased from $100 billion 486 million to $99 billion 783 million in the week of June 9, with a decrease of $703 million compared to the previous week.
