TOKİ will sale and rent lands across Turkey via auction

According to the statement of Housing Development Administration of Turkey (TOKİ), 199 lands sized 3 million 800 thousand 951 square meters  will be put on the market in Adana, Adıyaman, Afyonkarahisar, Ankara, Antalya, Balıkesir, Çorum, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Erzincan, Eskişehir, İstanbul, İzmir, Kırşehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Mardin, Mersin, Muğla, Sakarya, Samsun, Siirt, Şanlıurfa, Şırnak and Tekirdağ.

Besides, 7 lands nearly sized 1 million 345 thousand 474 square meters will be rented for 5 years in Iğdır, Konya and İzmir.

Sales and rents of these lands whose approximate estimated price is 1 billion 100 million 305 thousand 828 liras, will be done via auction.

Auction will be held on Thursday July 9, at 13.30, in Ankara Bilkent Hotel and İstanbul TOKİ service building.
