TOKI put 349 plots on sale in 27 provinces

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Mass Housing Administration (TOKİ) has put 349 plots of various properties in 27 provinces, including Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, up for auction.

According to the information received from TOKI; 349 plots of land of approximately 2 million 265 thousand 980 square meters with a total estimated value of ₺6 billion 38 million 251 thousand 311, located in Adana, Afyonkarahisar, Aksaray, Amasya, Ankara, Antalya, Aydın, Balikesir, Corum, Denizli, Diyarbakir, Elazig, Gaziantep, Hakkari, Istanbul, Izmir, Kars, Kastamonu, Kayseri, Kirikkale, Kocaeli, Konya, Mugla, Samsun, Sivas, Sanliurfa and Usak, will be sold.

The auction will be held at Bilkent Hotel and Conference Center and TOKI Istanbul service building in two separate sessions on Wednesday, June 29, at 10.30 and Thursday, June 30, at 10.30. Bidders will be able to bid through the address “”.

On 29 June, the lands in Istanbul, Balikesir, Kocaeli, Antalya, Aydin, Denizli, Mugla, Izmir and Usak will be sold. Among the lands offered for sale, there are housing and trade areas in Adana, housing in Ankara Etimesgut, private healthcare facility, housing in Sincan, development housing areas in Antalya, housing, trade and private healthcare facility areas in Diyarbakir. Among the lands offered for sale in Izmir are residential, commercial, industrial and storage areas, as well as ship dismantling area and fuel station areas.


Buyers will be able to own lands that are residential, commercial, industrial, industrial facility and fuel station areas in cash or with 25%, 40% down payments and 36 months maturity. In addition, the lands will be sold exempt from VAT.
