Rent Increase Rate: 34.46%

May 2022 Rent Increase Amount: ₺344.6

May 2022 Rent Amount Including Rent Increase Rate: ₺1,344,6

According to the figures announced, the rent increase to be paid by a tenant whose rent is ₺1000 in May 2022 is calculated as ₺344.6. Accordingly, the increased rent amount will be ₺1,344,6.
