Haluk Nisli, General Manager of Inveo Ventures, said, “With our Inveo Ventures fund, which we established in 2022, we have had the opportunity to manage the funds and initiatives we have invested in under a single roof. We will continue to invest in companies such as Mizanplus, whose focus is technology and have the potential to scale rapidly.”

With this investment round, it was stated that Inveo Ventures has a continuing investment option of $700 thousand in total, together with the Aura B4YO Fund, which B4YO Capital advises, within 6 months. In case the said option is exercised, the total investment amount received by Mizanplus Kitchens will exceed 31.3 million, almost a year after its establishment.

Creating takeout-oriented virtual restaurant brands and developing its own multi-brand/platform management system, Mizanplus Kitchens has served more than 50 thousand customers so far. With the brands and technologies it has created, the company operates cloud kitchens that it owns and franchises, and transforms other businesses into cloud kitchens.

The founding partner and CEO of the company, Harun Ozdemir, said, “We use the idle capacity of many small and medium-sized businesses much more effectively and increase their profitability thanks to our food brands and multi-brand management technology. Any business can generate additional income of up to ₺500 thousand per month by running the operations of the brands in our portfolio. Especially with the effect of difficult economic conditions, this need in the food sector has become very important.” said. “Our aim is to spread this concept, which we call ‘shop inside the shop‘, throughout Turkiye. Afterwards, to announce our name in the world with these brands originating in Turkiye.”

Burakcan Kizilaslan, the other founding partner of the company, said that the company’s growth plan in Turkiye is ready, and that Mizanplus’s operations abroad will start in the vision of 2024.
