The departure fee collected from the passengers going abroad with the passport of the Republic of Turkey is increased to ₺150.

The Presidential Decision on the Re-determination of the Fee for Traveling Abroad entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette. Accordingly, the amount of the fee, which was specified as ₺50 in the Law on the Law on Departure Fee and on Amending Various Laws, was increased to ₺150.

In today’s departures abroad, the difference will not be made up for the fees paid before.

The provisions of the decision will be executed by the Minister of Treasury and Finance.
