Istanbul Airport was recorded as the busiest airport in Europe with an average of 1424 flights per day between 15-21 April.
The European Aviation Report of the European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation (Eurocontrol) for the period 15-21 April has been published.
According to the report, Istanbul Airport ranked first among the busiest airports in Europe with an average of 1424 flights per day during this period.
Istanbul Airport was followed by Amsterdam Schiphol with 1314 flights per day, and London Heathrow airport with 1306 flights.
