The Presidential Decision on the Amendment of the Import Regime Decision was published in the Official Gazette.
Accordingly, the customs duty rate of 5% will be applied to sunflower seeds imported from many countries, including Malaysia, South Korea, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Georgia and Singapore.
Customs duty will not be charged for the import of the product in question from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The decision will take effect on the seventh day following from today.
