Spanish solar racking solutions manufacturer Gonvarri Solar Steel has signed an agreement to supply its trackers for a 90-MW solar power project in Turkiye.
Turkish solar energy company Smart Solar Technologies ordered the equipment for the Deski project located in Denizli province.
Solar Steel said that it will supply 3,495 TracSmarT+ 1V single-row solar trackers for this project.These trackers will move more than 160,000 panels at the Deski solar farm.
Solar Steel operates a factory in Turkiye, called Cepas Gonvarri Industries, where it manufactures trackers and fixed structures. This factory has enabled Solar Steel to locally produce structures for over 55 solar power projects, the Spanish group said.
