In Turkiye, ₺3 billion 669 million 976 thousand title deed fee income was obtained from more than 208 thousand real estate sales transactions last month. The cities with the highest sales were Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.
According to the data of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre, the real estate sales transaction in Turkiye, which was 287 thousand 59 in May 2023, decreased by 27% last month.
₺3 billion 669 million 976 thousand 566 title deed fee income was obtained from 208 thousand 424 real estate sales transactions carried out in June.
Of this, 80 thousand 504 were residences, 37 thousand 619 land, 66 thousand 57 fields, 8 thousand 572 workplaces, and the rest were sales of other immovable properties.
The province where the most real estate was sold was Istanbul with 23 thousand 859 transactions.
Ankara was followed by Ankara with 13 thousand 95 sales, Izmir with 9 thousand 699, Bursa with 8 thousand 169 and Antalya with 7 thousand 348, Konya with 7 thousand 13, Tekirdag with 5 thousand 993, Gaziantep with 5 thousand 689, Balikesir with 5 thousand 381 and Kocaeli with 5 thousand 330.
