Turkey’s most valuable residential districts are Besiktas and Sariyer

According to the research of Tapusor.com, Besiktas is the district with the highest average square meter value in the residence with ₺25 thousand 984, followed by Sariyer with ₺19 thousand 134, Bozcaada with ₺16 thousand 941 and Bakirkoy with ₺15 thousand 481.

Besiktas became the most valuable district of Turkey in housing, reaching an average square meter figure of ₺25 thousand 984.

According to the research prepared by the real estate information bank Tapusor.com and based on the districts with the highest prices in Turkey, Besiktas took place at the summit.

Besiktas, whose average residential square meter value has reached approximately ₺25 thousand 984, is followed by Sariyer with ₺19 thousand 134, Bozcaada with ₺16 thousand 941 and Bakirkoy with ₺15 thousand 481.

Izmir Cesme ranked 5th with an average residential square meter value of ₺15 thousand 445, Mugla Bodrum was 6th with ₺14 thousand 825, Beykoz 7th with ₺14 thousand 546, Princes’ Islands 8th with ₺14 thousand 273, Kadikoy 9th with ₺13 thousand 352. Sisli ranks 10th with ₺12 thousand 51.

Among the top 10 most valuable districts of Turkey, there are 7 districts in Istanbul, one each from Mugla, Izmir and Canakkale.

Istanbul is again marked by the top 50 districts. 21 districts from Istanbul, 11 from Izmir, 8 from Mugla, 7 from Antalya, and one each from Canakkale, Sakarya and Aydin are on the list.

Cesme and Urla lead the way in Izmir

Among the most valuable districts of Izmir, Cesme, with its ₺15 thousand 445 square meter value, is frequented by tourists and summer houses. Cesme is the only district in the city with a square meter value of more than ₺10 thousand.

Cesme is followed by Urla with ₺9 thousand 765, Narlidere with ₺9 thousand 530, Guzelbahce with ₺9 thousand 433, Foca with ₺8 thousand 267, Bornova with ₺6 thousand 613 and Karsiyaka with ₺6 thousand 496.

Karaburun ranks 7th with ₺6 thousand 143, Gaziemir 8th with ₺5 thousand 685, Menderes 9th with ₺5 thousand 613 and Balcova 10th with ₺5 thousand 494.

Bodrum holds the summit in Mugla

Bodrum, one of the most important tourism destinations in Turkey and frequented by domestic and foreign tourists, continues to increase in value, especially after the intense demand of summer residents during the epidemic period.

Bodrum, which leads among the most valuable districts of Mugla with ₺14 thousand 825, has made a difference of over ₺5 thousand to the nearest district that follows it.

5 districts stand out in Antalya

Kas in Antalya is the most valuable district of the city with an average residential square meter value of ₺11,524.

Kas is followed by Kemer with ₺8,330, Konyaalti with ₺6,884, Demre with ₺6,168 and Alanya with ₺6,74.
