The first year has been completed in the construction of Turkey’s Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG) Gemlik Facility, which started on July 18, 2020. Within the scope of the works carried out to date, 1 million 100 thousand tons of excavation has been carried out. The structural filling made was 355 thousand cubic meters.
38 thousand 429 columns were used for ground reinforcement. After the ground improvement processes, the roof covering process was started. According to the plan, the roofing of the entire facility will be completed by the end of September. At the facility where equipment orders are placed, it is aimed to take the first series of cars off the line in the last quarter of 2022 with the establishment of production and assembly lines.
Paint facility: Basic iron production, concrete production has been completed. 40% of steel column manufacturing and 17% of structural steel manufacturing have been completed.
Body facility: Basic iron production and concrete production completed. 95% of prefabricated column production and 22% of structural steel production have been completed.
Assembly facility: 97% of the basic iron production, 90% of the foundation concrete production, 47% of the prefabricated column manufacturing has been completed.
Energy facility: Basic iron production completed. Basic concrete production has been completed.
