The total sales value of the Nisantasi Koru project, implemented by DAP Yapi with the assurance of Emlak Konut GYO, reached ₺1 billion 898 million 625 thousand, excluding VAT. The project was the project with the highest sales value in 2021. In the project, which stands out in terms of investment value, a total of 31 thousand 896, 124 independent sections with a size of 14 square meters were sold. The units in the Nisantasi Koru project were designed with the logic of luxury boats, in a way that the materials are compatible with each other, the living spaces are used in the most efficient way, and the quality and comfort are at the maximum. The number of independent sections in the project was also kept low. Floor height is limited to 5 to 10 floors. Ziya Yilmaz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DAP Holding, said that there was a high demand for the Nisantasi Koru project.
