DAP Real Estate Development announced that it has launched a new campaign in the Yeni Levent housing project.
Ziya Yilmaz, Chairman of the Board of Directors of DAP Real Estate Development, which operates under the roof of DAP Holding, pointed out that interest rates have increased depending on global market conditions and said: “There was a lot of interest in our 1.99% interest rate campaign that we carried out in November. In this campaign, we both lowered our interest rates and extended the maturity. While housing loan interest rates of up to 4% are being discussed in the market, the campaign we launched with an interest rate of 1.39% for 60 months and 1.86% for 120 months will provide an important breakthrough for those who postpone their real estate investments. There is still a need for quality housing in the market and real estate continues to be the safest investment tool. The campaign we launched in Yeni Levent also offers an important opportunity for investment in real estate.”
