Nef leads the real estate sector with its new approach

Nef, one of Turkey’s leading real estate brands within the body of Timur Holding, is shaping the changing housing demand after the epidemic with its new projects.

According to the statement made by Nef, the company continues to deliver its special projects that can be experienced in 4 seasons and that make you feel ‘personal privilege’ with the Reserve projects in Bodrum.

Nef Chairman of the Board of Directors Erden Timur, whose views are included in the statement, stated that Nef, the leader of the housing development sector of the real estate sector, develops new business models with sustainable projects that cover all segments of the society. “As the real estate brand that produces the most projects in Turkey, we have 38 projects and 4 land projects, 5 of which are abroad. We continue to grow in the 11th year of our establishment, with an investment of ₺32 billion 440 million and a sales figure of ₺19 billion 227 million.”

Stating that they have delivered 11 thousand 285 keys to date and 7 thousand 102 keys in the last 3 years, Timur said:

“In 2020, we achieved a turnover of ₺1 billion 52 million and delivered 2 thousand 180 houses. Thus, we have delivered a total of 7,102 residences in the last 3 years. We have a turnover target of ₺1 million 400 thousand for 2021. In the first quarter of 2021, we increased our sales by 28% compared to the same period last year. We continue to deliver housing in 2021. We continue to deliver houses with ₺8 billion 813 million worth of stock sales and ₺3 billion 427 million 389 thousand investments to be put up for sale. We will start our new project in Sapanca with an investment amount of ₺600 million. We will make an additional investment of ₺180 million until the end of the year, as almost all of the projects under construction are at the delivery stage.”

‘The epidemic made housing preferences match with Nef projects’

Noting that the Nef discovery Fold Home and Fold City projects, as well as the Nef Reserve projects, match exactly with the changing housing demand after the epidemic, Erden Timur said, “The solutions produced by Nef in the real estate sector, with the epidemic that created different needs, meet the post-epidemic demands exactly. People started to prefer houses with wide-open spaces, providing their own comfort areas, providing flexibility, working environment and privileges, and providing exercise and health opportunities. Places positioned as summer cottages have now become places where people live and work in 4 seasons. Nef Reserve projects with their own special worlds and the Foldhome concept, which is the discovery of a Nef and implemented by Nef for the first time in the world, meets personalized privileges.”

Regarding Nef’s business models after the epidemic, Timur said, “One of them is industrial production / offsite production and assembly. Our product and production R&D studies on this subject have been going on for 4 years. Industrial production is much more beneficial and respectful to nature, reducing the waste rate because everything is used efficiently. We plan to play an active role in both domestic and foreign markets with this investment, which we think is an important export value for Turkey.”

Stating that the Nef Arsa project, which will be introduced in the coming months, is another business model, Timur said:

“It is a project where everyone can easily access and own real estate, while using it as an investment, on the other hand, meeting the needs of meeting nature or returning to it. In conventional production, we will produce places that are natural and beneficial for the city. We will be able to realize projects in this area with land investment.

We will make 90% of our investments by purchasing land. We bought some plots. 100 villas are about to be completed in our project with an investment value of over ₺600 million in the most beautiful place of Sapanca. The project will also include 80 residences and a hotel. We bought a land in Izmir and established a business development office outside Istanbul for the first time. Our aim is to create natural villages with low-rise residences with gardens in Izmir as well. In our future works, we will definitely have elements that will add value to the texture of the city.”

Nef Reserve continues to be developed in Bodrum
