Those whose repayment installments have started until the end of June 2021 can benefit from TOKI’s campaign. A 25% discount is applied to residential and business buyers who want to pay off their debt and get their title deeds immediately. Land owners can also benefit
Upon the high demand, TOKI also provided discounts for the land owners. Land buyers who want to get the title deed immediately can pay their remaining debts with a discount of 12.5%.
Buyers of residences, workplaces and land who want to benefit from the campaign should not have any retroactive debts as of the date of application. Land buyers with 12 or less remaining installments cannot benefit from the discount campaign.
Applications for TOKI’s discount campaign will be received until 19 October. Those who apply after this date will not be able to benefit from the discount.
