According to the information obtained from the officials of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, 222 thousand 578 real estate sales transactions were made last month, and ₺2 billion 603 million 208 thousand 300 title deed fee income was provided.
In July, the number of real estate sales transactions decreased by 33% compared to the month of June, when 331 thousand 693 real estate sales were made.
Throughout the country, 1 million 826 thousand 242 real estate sales were made in the January-July 2022 period. ₺21 billion 19 million 26 thousand 186 deed fee income was obtained from these transactions.
The province with the most sales transactions is Istanbul
798 thousand 870 of the transactions were residences, 314 thousand 2 were land, 496 thousand 15 were fields, 84 thousand 750 were workplaces and the rest were the sale of other immovable properties.
The province with the most sales transactions was Istanbul with 240 thousand 644 sales.
Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 123 thousand 861, Izmir with 99 thousand 994, Antalya with 75 thousand 69, Bursa with 69 thousand 445, Konya with 54 thousand 657, Kocaeli with 50 thousand 611 and Balikesir with 49 thousand 421.
