Arsan Textile Trade and Industry Inc. announced that the insurance company’s expertise and damage assessment studies continue for the determination of the damage occurred in the production facilities due to the earthquakes in Kahramanmaras.
In the statement of Arsan Textile Trade and Industry Inc. on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the total insurance coverage amount of our production facilities (building, machinery and equipment, commodities, fixtures, etc.) is ₺1 billion 30 million 177 thousand 150. Our policies are indexed to 60% annual inflation. Our company also has a loss of profit insurance policy. The insurance company’s appraisal and damage assessment studies continue for the determination of the damage in our production facilities due to the earthquake.’
In the statement, which is noted that the measures to be taken and the actions to be taken in order for the production facilities to be reactivated, will be determined when the damage assessment studies of the insurance company are finalized and concluded, “We cannot foresee any time period for the resumption of operation, since the damage assessment studies have not been concluded.”
