Meteorology warned: Rain and snow will be effective in Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir

Meteorology has released the new week’s weather forecast report. Accordingly, rain is expected in dozens of cities, including Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir.

In addition, the provinces in the Eastern Anatolia Region were warned about the snow that will start on Wednesday. The General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM) shared the weather forecast report covering November 22-26 on its website.

RAIN ON TUESDAY IN 30 PROVINCES

Accordingly, torrential rain warnings were issued for many provinces, including Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir. Heavy rain is expected in Istanbul, Izmir, Edirne, Kirklareli, Tekirdag, Yalova, Canakkale, Balikesir, Bursa, Kocaeli, Manisa, Aydin, Mugla, Antalya, Konya, Isparta, Denizli, Usak, Afyonkarahisar, Eskisehir, Kutahya, Bilecik, Sakarya, Duzce, Zonguldak, Bolu, Karabuk, Bartin, Kastamonu and Sinop on Tuesday.

ATTENTION TO WEDNESDAY

On Wednesday, rain is expected in 60 provinces. The rainy weather that will start across Turkey will continue on Thursday. On Thursday, it will rain in many cities except the inner part of the country and the Southeastern Anatolia Region.

SNOW IS EXPECTED FOR 3 DAYS

Snowfall will be effective on Wednesday in Gumushane, Erzincan, Bayburt, Erzurum, Ardahan, Kars and Agri. Snowfall will be effective on Thursday in Yozgat, Kayseri, Sivas, Gumushane, Erzincan, Bayburt, Erzurum, Ardahan, Kars and Agri. Snowfall will be effective in Gumushane, Erzincan, Bayburt, Erzurum, Ardahan, Kars and Agri on Friday.
