MAY Seed, which started exporting seeds and licenses in 2005, received the ‘Most Successful Exporter’ award. In the list announced by the Istanbul Cereals, Pulses, Oilseeds and Products Exporters’ Association, the company ranked third among the companies that export ‘Herbal Oils and Oilseeds’ with the hybrid sunflower seeds it has bred and produced in Turkey.
MAY Seed Chairman of the Board Hamdi Ciftciler said, “We export more than 200 internationally registered commercial varieties to more than 45 countries, making more than 10% of Turkey’s seed exports.”
