Juphy, a startup combining all customer communication channels, received a ₺750 thousand investment from APY Ventures

Albaraka Portfolio continues to invest in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Established by Albaraka Portfolio, APY Ventures is a subsidiary of Albaraka Turk Bank to support startups. And APY Ventures invested ₺750 thousand in Juphy, which collects the customer support solutions of brands on a single screen.

Receiving its first investment from Albaraka Portfolio Management Inc. Start-up Venture Capital Investment Fund, Juphy is also one of the third term entrepreneurs of Albaraka Garaj.

Juphy, the initiative launched by Osman Erdi Balcioglu and Eyup Ibisoglu in 2019, enables its customers to monitor and manage all kinds of messages, comments and complaints received from customer communication channels such as e-mail, social media and mobile stores on a single screen.

Juphy, the 9th investment of APY Ventures, continues its operations not only in Turkey but also in America. With this investment, Juphy will focus on marketing activities by increasing the number of integrations with a stronger team.

Reaching over 300 customers from 20 different countries in 2020, Juphy is mostly used by brands, digital agencies, and call centers.

In addition, according to another success achieved in the third quarter of 2020, Juphy surpassed many traditional customer support tools in the “Social Media Customer Support” category on the world-famous “G2” software products comparison platform. Junphy ranked among the top 5 platforms in the world according to the actual evaluations of customers and users in the 2021 winter report.
