Turkish Airlines (THY), the airline with the widest global reach, has added a new digital product to its range of services in the form of the “TK Wallet” application, allowing Miles&Smiles members to expedite payment and refund processes.
According to a statement from THY Press Office, the airline, renowned for connecting flights to the most countries globally, has launched the “TK Wallet” application, expanding its digital offerings to passengers.
With “TK Wallet,” exclusively available to members of the Miles&Smiles loyalty program, THY facilitates swift and easy payment and refund transactions. The application, accessible through the mobile app and website, not only streamlines the refund process for tickets and additional services but also presents the opportunity to earn TK Miles beyond the refund amount.
Through THY’s online channels, the “TK Wallet” offers four different currency options – Turkish Lira, Euro, US Dollar, and British Pound – for refund transactions. TK Miles earned through refunds can be utilized rapidly and securely, enhancing the overall user experience.

He stated, “We are dedicated to implementing applications that will ease our passengers’ travels.
