Koray GYO Obtains Construction Permit for Istanbul 3rd Phase Project

Koray Real Estate Investment Trust (GYO) has released a statement regarding the building permit for Göktürk Istanbul on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).

In December 2022, an agreement was reached with Istanbul Site Management for the construction of the 3rd phase of the Istanbul project planned to be built on the Göktürk Mah. 200 island 13 parcel in the Eyüpsultan District of Istanbul Province, as part of Koray GYO’s portfolio.

Following the relevant process, the amendment construction permit, written on December 29, 2023, was delivered to Koray GYO yesterday. The company announced that construction activities would commence as soon as possible.

Koray GYO Istanbul 3rd Phase has received its permit

The Istanbul 3rd Phase project by Koray GYO includes 45 residential units. Located in Göktürk, one of Istanbul’s most popular locations, the project offers 3-bedroom + 1 living room, 4-bedroom + 1 living room, and 5-bedroom + 1 living room, as well as 5+2, 6+2, and 7+2 apartment types. The project, continuing the 1st and 2nd phases of Koray GYO Istanbul Istanbul, will be integrated into the site, benefiting from all the amenities of the other phases.

The Koray GYO Istanbul 3rd Phase project is strategically located, with easy access to major areas such as the E-5 highway, Maslak and Levent districts, Istanbul Airport, Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, and Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge, all within a 20-minute distance. The project stands out with its proximity to the main arteries of Istanbul.

The land area of the Koray GYO Göktürk parcel is stated as 11,693.90 square meters, possessing a gently sloping topographic structure with completed infrastructure. According to figures released in August of the previous year, the inclusive vacant land value of the Koray GYO Göktürk parcel was 296 million 100 thousand TL with VAT, and the inclusive current project value was 330 million 960 thousand TL with VAT.
