Investor tours continue unabated. Economic management is once again traveling to the United States.
Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Simsek and Central Bank Governor Fatih Karahan will go to Washington tomorrow. The duo will attend regular IMF-World Bank meetings in the capital. He will hold one-on-one meetings and meet with investors.
Following his Washington contacts, Minister Simsek is expected to attend a separate investor meeting in New York on April 22. During the meetings, Turkiye’s new economic policies, targets and reforms in the Medium Term Program will be explained to international investors. Participants will be invited to evaluate the opportunities.
