Ideasoft aims to serve 15 thousand businesses this year

2020 and 2021 expectation of the e-commerce infrastructure provider Ideasoft established in 2005.

Serving over 10 thousand businesses in 65 different sectors and sub-sectors in 2020, Ideasoft came first in the E-Commerce Service Provider of the Year category at the Webrazzi Awards. Ideasoft, founded in 2005 as a result of Seyhun Ozkara, Fatih Caliskan, and Kerem Kaya seeing the high potential in e-commerce, is an e-commerce infrastructure provider. The company, which offers full-scope software solutions to SMEs and large corporate companies, also provides services through a solution partnership model for all future needs. IdeaSoft CEO Seyhun Ozkara spoke about the award the company received and said:

“With the AutoPilot ad automation we developed, the average conversion of customers who advertise was 15 to 1. In other words, they achieved a sales conversion of 15,000 units against 1,000 units of advertising. During the pandemic period, we were aware of our responsibilities as the e-commerce infrastructure provider with the highest market share, and we acted knowing that the performance of the software we produce also means turnover for our customers. Despite the increase in traffic and demand, we closed the year 2020 as an error-free and appreciated technology company by our customers.

Our biggest difference is that we offer an ecosystem to our users, not just software. We unite all the sectors that our users will need under one roof and work to make their work easier. We constantly update ourselves and provide a solution-oriented approach by considering the needs of our customers.”

Researches revealed that…

As everyone knows, interest in e-commerce has increased with the pandemic, which has positively affected the business. The expected growth for the e-commerce sector in the next three years happened between March and June. As consumer awareness and behavior changed, the number of companies that wanted to take their place in the e-commerce market increased. Before the pandemic period, e-commerce volume grew by an average of 35% each year, while this rate was over 100% in 2020. The occupational safety sector experienced the first year of its golden age in online trade with growths such as 400%, hobby and toy industry 227%, furniture sector 180%, personal care 150%, food sector 135%. There are very few sectors that grew below 100% in e-commerce in 2020. Looking at the source of this growth, apart from the increase in the shopping frequencies of current internet users, approximately 10 million new users started shopping on the internet.

In line with these developments, Ideasoft aims to increase the number of active stores to 15 thousand in 2021. Turkey is at the beginning of the road for e-export, but the increase in foreign currency increases the appetite of businesses for e-export. Ozkara concluded by saying: “A year awaits us when many companies will carry their business beyond the borders of Turkey and the e-export period will be intense. We will integrate IdeaSoft Appstore, which we will implement as an application store in the first quarter of 2021, into the e-commerce ecosystem. In this way, IdeaSoft users will be able to access many services and applications such as payment system, accounting program, cargo, and logistics, through their own panels with a single click.”
