Iconic, technological and hybrid

The new generation, 3-cylinder atmospheric engine, 12V lithium-ion battery, and the gasoline engine option, which works in the Fiat 500, provides 20% fuel savings. Next-generation hybrid engine technology combined with a 6-speed manual transmission also provides a reduction in carbon dioxide emission levels of up to 21%. In the 1.0-liter internal combustion engine of the Fiat 500, energy is supplied with the help of a belt during take-off and acceleration, while energy is stored in a 12-volt lithium battery to generate energy by using the motion energy of the vehicle during deceleration and/or braking. Thus, the 500 not only saves fuel but also takes care of the environment by reducing emissions.

The new Fiat 500 also benefits from all elements of modern technology. The entry-level Cult version of the model features Led DRL, electric body-colored side mirrors, vintage indicator, 15-inch alloy wheels and projection-type headlights.
