According to the information obtained from the officials of the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre of the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, 316 thousand 818 real estate sales transactions were made in September.
According to the data, 291 thousand 853 real estate sales transactions were made in October, and a decrease of 7.8% was observed in the transactions compared to the previous month.
In October, ₺2 billion 206 million 891 thousand 892 title deed fee income was obtained from these sales transactions.
THE CITY WITH THE MOST SALES PROCESS IS ISTANBUL
Throughout the country, 2 million 410 thousand 816 real estate sales transactions were made in the January-October period. From these transactions, ₺16 billion 690 million 378 thousand 628 title deed fee income was obtained.
1 million 57 thousand 336 of the revenues were residences, 424 thousand 365 were land, 646 thousand 817 were fields, 106 thousand 652 were workplaces and the rest were other immovable.
Among the provinces with the most transactions, Istanbul ranked first with 306 thousand 582 sales. Istanbul was followed by Ankara with 166 thousand 392, Izmir with 115 thousand 689, Antalya with 89 thousand 605, Konya with 85 thousand 854, Bursa with 83 thousand 759.
