Hepsiburada expanding it’s services with We World Express collaboration

Hepsiburada customers will be able to reach a wide range of products in many different categories from abroad at affordable prices, safely and quickly thanks to the cooperation initiated with We World Express (WWE), an express courier company based in Hongkong, a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines.

According to the statement, Hepsiburada continues to add new products and services; the company is strengthening its service from “Hepsiabroad”, which provides safe, easy, economical, fast and hygienic access to products brought from abroad, with new collaborations. Hepsiburada ensures that the orders placed from Hepsiyurt abroad are delivered within an average of 1 week as a result of its cooperation with the express courier company We World Express.

We World Express, a joint venture of Turkish Airlines with giant brands such as ZTO Express and PAL Air, is undertaking the logistics service of the products purchased from Hepsiabroad. We World Express, which produces honesty, innovation, teamwork, high quality professional services and logistics solutions as a pioneer in the international logistics sector, continues its global services with its wide flight network covering more than 100 countries.

What does Hepsiabroad provides the customers with?

Hepsiabroad, which Hepsiburada has implemented in order to make access to products abroad fast and safe, provides customers with easy and effortless shopping from abroad without any problem.  The customs tax is calculated automatically when products bearing the label ‘From Hepsiabroad’ are added to the basket, and there is no surprise cost for products coming from abroad. All processes during and after the purchase run in a transparent and traceable manner. Hepsiburada offers its customers a quality abroad shopping experience in many different product groups.

Hakan Bulat, the CEO of We World Express also said:

According to the statement, following the cooperation of We World Express and Hepsiburada, thousands of products from abroad started to reach their owners in a fast, safe and high quality way. The prominent among these products were robot vacuum cleaners, smart watches, headphones, and thermometers.
