According to the announcement on the institution’s website, the acquisition of the sole control of MOOV Digital Transportation Solutions by Getir Perakende Lojistik Inc. has been approved.
In the statement made by Anadolu Group to the Public Disclosure Platform, it was stated that 75% of MOOV would be sold for $16 million.
