Folkart’s new project Folkart Nova has been put on the market

Folkart Chairman of the Board Mesut Sancak said, “Folkart Nova has an investment value of approximately ₺2 billion. During its construction, 1,500 people will work.”

The sales process has started for Folkart’s project in the new city center of Izmir, Nova.

According to the statement made by the company, Folkart is launching another new project in the new city center of Izmir. The name of the new project that will rise on the land next to the Folkart Vega project will be ‘Folkart Nova’. The turnkey date of Folkart Nova, whose ground improvement works have been completed and whose foundation has been laid, has been determined as the end of 2024.

Folkart Chairman of the Board Mesut Sancak, whose views are included in the statement, stated that they have added a new one to their feature of being the most assertive residence project in Turkiye with 16 different projects they have signed so far in Izmir, ‘Our new project is next door to Folkart Vega, one of the landmarks of Izmir. Folkart Nova, which will rise as an iconic and magnificent structure in the new city center of Izmir, has an investment value of approximately ₺2 billion. 1,500 people will work during its construction.’

₺29 billion investment in total

Stating that the construction works are continuing rapidly in Folkart Nefes Istanbul and Folkart Country Urla projects, and Folkart Nova, which has been put up for sale, will be completed by the end of 2024, Sancak said:

On the other hand, the construction of the project sales office and ground works continue in the large area purchased from the partnership of Ronesans and Tekfen. The total investment value of our projects that we have realized since 2006, together with our giant project where we will make one of Turkiye’s largest housing projects in the new city center of Izmir, is ₺29 billion. In the upcoming period, Nova and our other investments will continue, respectively.’

Iconic building

According to the information given, the project; consists of a total of 176 residences and commercial areas, including 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 3+1 duplexes, and 4+1. In Folkart Nova, 3+1 and above residences will have an area of 150 to 196 square meters, including balconies.

Folkart Nova will be an iconic 38-story building, where three towers ending at different heights unite in harmony. Combining the towers at different angles will preserve the panoramic view.

In Folkart Nova, built on the theme of ‘exclusivity’, the surface of the building will show itself from every point with its characteristic form and material quality. Folkart Nova, which will have smart home features with its automation system, will stand out as a difference brought to city design.

Folkart Nova, which stands out as ‘A Life Oriented to the City’, draws attention with its sea views from every point, large terraces that bring outdoor pleasure, interior design offering a high level of comfort, social facilities within a few steps, and proximity to shopping and taste centers.
